      Google Authenticator   04/23/2017

Mopar1973Man.Com will now start using two-factor authentication to protect users accounts. All staff, donors, and customers will be required to use the Google Authenticator which you can download for free. Just scan the QR barcode and the app will provide the lock code. If you attempt to guess the code it will lock you out of the site. So please don't guess at the code. This will only appear to users that are accessing mission critical data to the member or the site.   I also enable the question and answers. If anyone has other ideas for question please PM to me and I'll add them to the system as well. The Question and Answers work similar and you must answer the questions to gain access to a protected area.

So what? At least my 4WD works all the time on the 2002 where the 1996 might not work when you really need it.

The only ecms available are rebuilt. Unless you can find a dodge dealership that has one on the shelf yet. My local dealer said no new ones in Wi. Dodge or Fiat stopped carrying this part in Oct 2016. Flagship one my Ecm is $775. And no core charge. Most places I found for internet pricing cost $600-$800 plus $250 core. Price was mostly based on warranty.    Waiting for an email to see if my new one has been sent.

Why no lite on the dash?

Most likely the vacuum lines for the CAD unit. Next would be the CAD unit itself needs rebuilding. The vacuum motor can get leaks or the shift fork shoes might be worn out. I'm glad I don't have a CAD unit on the 2002. The 1996 with the CAD has left me stuck a few times because the CAD unit didn't lock in like it should.
