Ok. 

I got that reconfigured and working way better now. So for the Avatar photo for all donating member, you'll get 10 MB photo you can upload to the site. As for Free members its reduced to 1 MB picture. Now your photo will automatically resize down to 1024x1024 for the full-scale size. As for the Avatar, it will automatically scale to what the site requires. Now during your upload process, you'll have the option of leaving the full picture of cropping out a chunk of the photo.

But now if you click on your avatar after this you can still see the full size of the photo. This only works in your profile area. So if you click an avatar it should take you to the members profile page. Then if you click it again on the profile page the full size photo should pop up.

So this is a big improvement for member profile functions.
