well I snugged up the track bar mount, no go.  New set of wheel bearing as the timkens gave up the ghost after ~80,000

I am starting to think that my clunk might be engine mount / trans mount related.

2x ball joints

2x wheel bearings

3x track bar

2x upper and lower control arms with new hardware, welded camber adjusters

1x swab links and mounts

2x shocks

3x pitman arm to kuckles steering linkages

1x all u joints

What gets me is the steering wheel does not move / vibrate / jump at all but your butt / feet / ears hear and feel the truck "side step"

The fuel sloshing in the tank made a wierd noise and feeling sort of a clunk on every 2nd gen i had over time. Not sure why but it would be totally annoying in certain driving conditions.
