I've done a few tweaks to the MySQL database setting to optimize the performance a bit more. More or less giving more memory for the MySQL server so it can buffer more information and make fewer calls to the server. 

 

I found an awesome tool I'll share with everyone. 

 

https://tools.percona.com/wizard

 

This online tool will create an my.cnf setting file for your MySQL database with by filling in the information.
