Quad Timing

So I've noticed that my timing in the morning (basically driving within the first 5 minutes of starting) is pretty high. Like 17-20ish under low throttle inputs. Is this normal? I thought I had my settings in the quad to reduce this but maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I do have the quad set to a 120* warm up so would that factor in? Typically leaving Mike's MPG switch to OFF until I've been goin for a bit then switch to MPG.

Everything that's said above plus I leave my MPG switch on all the time unless it's really really cold out then I'll put it in off position so grids will cycle normally, or if I had high idle3cly activated I would put it on that. Really the only reason I'm using the mpg switch is to limit grid cycle, soon when I get time I'll just unplug the two push on ground connectors for relays or put them on the toggle switch. Then I might live MPG switch in off position until it gets cold out again. Quadzilla can do all the timing control.
