Mouse in my heater/AC fan?

I guess I have been lucky in my neck of the woods. Took my hvac box out 6 years or so ago. No debris to speak of. At least nothing to block air flow. some crud in the bottom but that was it.

Actually over in Tahiti chickens run wild. Most people just go out and pick up a chicken along the road. That's if you can catch it before running into the brush.

Riggins from Google Maps.

 

There isn't a cornfield for over 120 miles of Riggins, ID. North in Grangeville ID is all wheat fields typically. Then South is typically onions and corn in the Ontario, OR area.

Ive driven up and down 95 hundreds of times and even caught steelhead on the Clearwater between Orfino and Lewiston.

I noticed the total lack of feathers....I thought Dripley went to help fight the fire at first.

Finally got around to fixing the gaps in under the plastic windshield wiper cowling to keep the mice out.  I used some thing gauge aluminum and cut a piece that will just fit and pop riveted it in.  Left a small gap at the bottom for any water that gets in there to drain out.

Most people take a stainless steel pot scrubber and stuff it in the holes.

I didn't have any on hand, so I just used what I had. My luck the mice would pull the pot scrubber out.
