Need help with putting a base tune on a quadzilla adrenaline v2 4K

So I followed the steps the one guy on here does through the computer but when I get to the last step it won’t find my module it just says keep searching then a box pops up saying unable to find module or something along this lines just need help so I can get the quadzilla to work properly.

Did you install the driver for the quadzilla?   ( that black screen program that tells you to plug in the box and hit a key)

 

Does the box beep over and over every ~15 seconds when you plug it in?

A 4k box on a daily driver, I see you like to party too. It's a bit aggressive on the top level, I took my 4k off my service truck and put it on my toy. Much nicer to drive that way.

Yes and it did beep every 15 seconds

run the program again to install the driver and post a picture after each step.  My guess is the driver didn't install for some reason.
