Blueox01, Is it easy to fix the clear coat? Mine is sunburned in two places about a foot long on each spot.

University of Google and University of YouTube taught me a lot about body and paint. On my 97 the good ol' New Mexico sun took it's toll on the paint. I ended up repainting most of the top and Hood but on the sides I wet sanded the whole truck and feathered the existing clear coat being careful to not damage the base coat. I then shot the whole truck with 3 coats of clear using a HVLP gun. It looked nice for about 8 years but the sun has again burned most of the black paint off the hood and roof, even the Rhino lining in the bed has been damaged by the sun. It's been 13 years since I did the paint repair on that truck so she's looking pretty rough now.

I hope to get the 01's body and paint in good shape this summer. Cancer is starting to take it's toll on the front doors.

325 means 04.5 as well.

Yes, it's a H.O.... but there was no S.O. in that year.
