I have a 99 5.9 I have oil leaking out the breather hose. I know most of these trucks leak a little bit but mine will leave a puddle every now and then, but it only dose it when I am pulling a load or running it hard pulling a lot of boost dose not seem to do it with normal day to day driving. I rebuilt the vacuum pump over the summer because it was leaking and I have checked all the vacuum line. I really and stumped anybody got any ideas.

Even mine slobbers a few drops on the shop floor even after the crankcase vent mod. But the oil level never drops. I don't lose much oil at all.

Well I have driven it two days this week and both days it has puked out oil. Is this normal I mean it's not a lot but it never did this before what could be causing this I am at a compleat loss.

almost sounds like you are either overfilled or making oil. what does the dipstick say?

Did you check the puke bottle? if it is full you will dribble oil.

you should really go to a hardware store, buy a stick of half inch PVC, 4 90deg elbows and some glue, get your vent mod done. ill bet all your problems will be solved. this mod takes literally about 30 minutes to do and is so worth the time and $10...:thumb1:
