Please... Don't PM for support.

I would like to say that I'm no longer going to give support via personal message. It's not fair to family members of the site. What I mean is that people single out a particular person (may be me) and ask them tech support questions in PM. Now only two people that can see this are in the PM. You would have a better chance of getting a wider range of answers if you post a thread on the site and hear from many different people. Don't worry family members don't look down on you if you ask silly questions because there is no such thing as foolish questions.

Sorry. Don't know what I was thinking. I'm admin for another forum and know better. Won't happen again.

No personal attack here... It just that I been paying attention to a few other sites and learned why they don't do it either. Made sense! :smart: So I figure I bring the same logic and idea back home here too. So like I said this is not a personal attack on anyone its just I'm going to change my ways so everyone gets a fair shot at helping.

Didn't take it as an attack. It takes a lot more than something like this to get to me.:thumb1: Just wanted to admit to screwing up. I answered the question you asked in the message but my experience is mostly with older versions of vBulletin. Not sure if you get a notification or not depending on default or personal settings. Just figured I'd let you know in this post.
