Put the additive in, Chances are good you will get a hell of a chatter without it. You may not get it right away if the oil previously in it had the additive but as the new oil washes the additive off of the clutch plates you will feel it. And that is not really good for the clutches. Putting the additive in is just cheap insurance, it will not hurt anything by adding it.
