Let me update you on a frustration I had to deal with. First of all, dealing with medical insurance companies is a PITA. I lost my insurance for a short time, which now locked up all my medical treatment, testing, etc til lthis was sorted out. This includes my ostomy bags, too, which I was running out. Calling insurance handlers (subcontracted) to get information straightened out so I could get supplies. This last Sunday, my night bag fell apart right about 7am leaving me in a puddle of urine. Strip the bed, take a shower, and clean up. Do the laundry for the bed. I was helping a neighbor yesterday with trying to get an RV started again. No power to the aftermarket electric fuel pump. Had him run new power to the rear. The carburetor started leaking on this Ford 460 CID motorhome. Seen that it's the accelerator pump diaphragm. I ran to McCall to pick up the new accelerator pump. Came back, I was sore and folded for the day. Last night at 4am my bag leaked again. I was so pissed off that I was pissed on again. These kinds of events bring me back to the reality of myself being medically changed. After being up most of the early morning to do laundry and remake the bed. @Tweety Bird and I managed to sleep again and make up for the shortfall. Frustrating that my muscles and my body have such low limits now its sad. Just standing for long periods can be painful now, even though I'm not doing any mechanical work myself, but being there to guide people is still rather fun. My neighbor Carl he has known me for a long time and asked if I would be the brains of his move and get his vehicles running so he can move. Ford 460 Motorhome with fuel issues. A jeep with driveline issues (damaged rear yoke on the rear diff and broken rear glass).

Titanium Not Going To Forced

This post is going to get political. There is a small group of Goth/Emo/Alt people claiming that if you want to be part of the group, you have to vote democratic. As for me, I started my Goth/Emo/Alt journey into makeup artistry with my bladder cancer. Then I started to catch flak for posting my Goth/Emo/Alt photos on coments ot artist I liked. One person told me if I don't vote democratic then I'm just a poser. Me. I had to create another photo shoot for new photos to handle the punk kids who are just being mean. Yes, I've got a few more photos of me with my Favorite shirt, "If Don't Like Me... F___ Off Problem Solved." I will not be forced to think a particular way or forced into politics for a dress style. Sorry, I will not comply!

In the meantime, I've crossed 1,000+ followers on TikTok.

Still making friends all around the world with Goth/Emo/Alt makeup designs. There is a younger group of people in the Goth community saying you have to be of "democratic aligned" to be Goth/Emo/Alt. I will be the first to say "No!!!" I will NOT support democrat values, being that I'm number one, I'm an American Citizen, and watching my tax dollars go for Ukraine, Minnesota fraud, USAID fraud, the list goes on and on. How about Social Security? Yeah, I'm now disabled, but why are there so many illegal aliens on Social Security in Minnesota? Never contributed anything. Then, as time goes on the more fraud, waste, and abuse of power by democrats are being uncovered. Just like the Green New Deal was crushing the diesel community with all the rules and regulations affecting the very business I've built. Then, to find out it was the Green New Scam of the Democrats for more taxation for Climate change. Sorry, I'm not on the Democrat side, nor do I want you to follow me if you have Democrat values.

I will not be forced into doing anything! After the entire fact, I was not supposed to be here. I was supposed to be dead from my bladder cancer. I survived and for a reason! I'm going to live my life without rules or anything that is going to restrict me in what I enjoy, which is my makeup artistry that includes Goth/Emo/Alt designs. This means I will not be forced to listen to anicent music artist like Depeche Mode. Sorry, there is a whole new stream of music out there, and music is not the only thing made goth what it is. Then, just like politics, I will not be forced to follow a democrat when I know full well they are the cause of the economy and the downfall of America as today. Which the democrat policies impacted my business, as I was a diesel mechanic. Democrats are built on lies and on top of lies.

Trying to keep Thor and Beast running!

Beast has developed a problem with the hydrobooster being the main booster piston; the seal failed, and even brake pedal usage was leaking hydraulic fluid from the hydrobooster. There is a bleed hole on the bottom of the unit. This was just replaced, as the article was created in the 2nd Gen brake and axle category. That particular day, I was wearing my black hair and basic black makeup.

Then on Thor, it was a matter of replacing the battery terminals. Using the really basic tools I do have after the landslide its rather challenging to do some jobs because you just don't have the right tool and needs to be done. All the factory lead terminals were cut off with a dull hacksaw. Then trimmed back to find copper wire. Clean any corrosion off the wire before crushing copper lugs to the wire. Improved the starting and power stability for this truck since the passenger cable was held on with a C-clamp. That day, I was enjoying my red hair and flame colored eyes.

Some of you wonder why still. The makeup work of Titanium becomes a line in the sand for me for protection for myself. Knowing my ostomy bag is there, I must keep my bag area and my hands clean. My dress code limits me from rolling in the mud or dirt to do work. Remember, the landslide took my shop and the dry space I had. The last 2 days here have been raining so no work was done last two days because of zero dry space to work. I'm going to continue to produce as many articles as I can with my limitations. You have to remember my right kidney is only 17% remaining and my left is 82% remaining.

Titanium caught by another TikTok in Ontario, OR

The gentleman who made the video of me. I've now past 2 years of daily makeup work when I leave the house. People still have issues understanding why? Do you all understand I've been a greasy mechanic since I was 14 years old? Yup, my life began with a desire to acquire tools and fix things as early as 14. So, for my life to change while having bladder cancer, I couldn't return to working on trucks in a commercial capacity. Even today, it pulls me down when I see a problem with someone's truck, and I can't do anything to fix being all my shop and tools are gone, and secondly, I can't because of my kidney issues as well, being a infection could really end my story quickly. I'm required to keep my ostomy bag clean and the area around it to reduce the chances of infection. Being my makeup work and my dress code enforce my safety and keeps me out of the greasy, dirty jobs. In 40 years of doing mechanical work, I've got to retire from my greasy jobs and rolling on the ground to protect my remaining health!

Now, this doesn't mean I cannot help a person with their truck. I'm still a very knowledgeable person about the Cummins ISB and BT series engines. It's just the fact that I cannot place myself in a position that might cause injury to my stoma and/or puncture my ostomy bag. I'm trying out some ideas with local folks to guide them as a set of eyes and help teach the owners how to do the repairs themselves. Just place me in a chair to watch a job and guide on tools and the proper way of doing a job.

The crazy hard part is to have done something for 40 years and now be FORCED to learn another way. I'm not willing to let go of the website, but this causes issues being I WANT to create more articles on the 3rd Gen stuff but I'm shopless. I don't even have a clean place to work, which adds a lot more frustration trying to keep clean by using gloves, laying carpet or board down to stay out of the mud/dirt. My strength isn't what it once was either and on top of that, I've got to be careful of hernia issues with having a stoma.

I'm 2 years CLEAN of bladder cancer, listed as Chronic Kidney Disease 3a, and now a lifelong CPAP and ostomy patient.

I'm looking at how to redevelop my life to continue doing what I love to do. I'm open to comments and suggestions or even questions about anything.

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTh2Gpn8a/

Christmas Holiday Blues / Happy Birthday Titanium

A lot of you don't understand why the makeup. I'll admit I fell apart last night; it's Christmas / New Year's again. Both of my bladder cancers came for Christmas. What most people don't get is the fact that what I love to do is out of my reach. Let's roll back the clock and understand that as a kid at the 14 years old I was gifted a socket set (Craftsman) and fell in love with mechanical things. I was building go-karts and mini-bikes with friends. I was fixing lawn mowers and small single-cylinder engines. Then, at the age of 16, I got my Dad's 1973 Dodge Charger SE as my first car. Hence, my nickname came from my first car. Now fast forward to 2002 and buying my first Diesel truck and dove in with both feet into a world I've never done and became an" internationally known diesel mechanic". Now, for 2018 and 2023 Christmas was a lonely and frightening trip to a hospital, and a fight for my life. It's been rather tough to figure out where I'm going from here since my shop is nothing more than a frozen dirt pile today. I have some basic tools to keep things going here, but still missing a lot of tools and equipment. As much as I want to be that diesel mechanic, I can't because of health issues stemming from my kidneys, left side is 82%, and my right is 17% remaining. In this condition a infection would kill me, so I can't really be out and covered in grease and dirt. I can't lift more than 40 pounds because of a hernia risk with my stoma. I want to continue doing what I love, but at the same time, it's nearly impossible to jump into doing major work in Thor to just build articles. It's just too cold and getting difficult for me handle long-term cold without heat and an enclosed shop.

Then another realization, Titanium has a birthday and is officially 2 years old. Yes, this means I've been doing daily makeup work for 2 years now and taking my art to the streets. My makeup work was my way of dealing with depression and trying to do something that brought happiness back, while doing something that was very scary at the time, dealing with chemotherapy treatments and the possibility of death. Titanium is my way of finding some enjoyment in my day, as I can't just go down to the shop and fix another problem with a truck, to build a website article is gone. I have to be thankful for the fact that I created the Titanium character to keep me going during a very tough time. Happy Birthday, Titanium!

Makeup artistry

Now, to speak up on another fact. Just because I've changed my appearance with makeup and hair, it typically doesn't make me less knowledgeable. My typical day is that if I'm planning on going to town, I'll always do my makeup work before I leave. I was referred by a local repair shop in McCall (Sharlies Auto Repair) to a Cummins owner for tuning his Quadzilla. Even on a day like that, I was dressed up and rolled to this client's house to chat with him about tuning and getting his truck ready for a trip. This shocked my client that seen the makeup and dress code. But after talking to him for a short while and built a quick base tune to roll to Oregon for the holidays. He's totally sold on my abilities to diagnose and fix anything Dodge Cummins. When this client shows back up after the holidays, I'll be guiding him and his roommate on how to repair both of their trucks. I might not be able to turn the wrenches, but I can give guidance to people on how to fix their trucks.

Wound up going into Riggins for a few odds and ends groceries. I stopped by the deli counter for a chicken strip to munch on for the ride home. The gal working behind the counter was fixed on my face. After getting my chicken strip, she said, "I really do love the makeup you did on your eyes!" Quite fascinating doing the makeup work I do, and the many comments and even people to come up and just ask, "Why? What's your story?" I can break out a quick tale of my cancer and move forward. Just totally awesome to be me and add the style of Victorian Goth with my jacket.

Titanium Live on TikTok

Today I was stuck inside the house being its raining here in Idaho. While the mornings are cold here, I was checking back on a few videos near Christmas time. Sadly, I saw a few artists who were having a rough start to getting the Goth/Emo/Alt makeup. Either being laughed at or just treated poorly by people on the streets or at school. I'm going on 3 years of makeup artistry that I've self-taught. @Tweety Bird asked me to get the new weather station set up and working. I needed a 4x4x12 to get it up above the roof line for now. As I was rolling into New Meadows, I was still thinking about the videos I've seen and wanted to speak out for these new makeup artists. I got over to C&M Lumber and purchased a nice 4x4x12 pressure-treated, low-knot. I left C&M lumber and drove across Highway 55 and up this side road just a bit, and stopped in the road and broke out the phone. Tried to make a video but naw sounded dorky. Packed up and left. Got up the highway on 95 heading home had another thought and pulled over. Tried again. Just couldn't get the thought right. Drove on for home. Found a spot just before I drop out of cell range and fired up the camera again and created this video...

https://www.tiktok.com/@titaniumgoth/video/7586810780318846221

What I've learned is that it doesn't matter what you do in life. Be happy doing what you do! Like for me, I didn't want the depression and BS because I can't work on Cummins trucks as a wrench job any longer. Yeah, I have trouble doing simple tasks because this ostomy bag is on my belly. I'm still alive and still have all my knowledge of these trucks. Still going to do what I enjoy tinker in my spare time when the weather is good. In the meantime, I'm enjoying "Titanium". I've been growing on TikTok with 600+ followers. I've impressed quite a few people with my makeup artistry. I still do daily makeup when I leave the house. So I want to show these artists that you can do it! First thing is to learn how to "Own That Look". @Tweety Bird is going to start popping up in the photos too, as she enjoys the colored hair and being colorful too.

I'm going to start looking for a period of time to go Live very soon.

OH! I've got followers all over the place. At Starbucks coffee in McCall, the two gals who work there started to ask questions about my appearance with my colored wigs and makeup. When I was done explaining the story of my cancer, they both were impressed with my ideas of heading towards a Goth/Emo/Alt appearance. While I was still in the Albertson store, which has Save-On Drugs and the Starbucks coffee, two kids stopped me to tell me they loved my hair color. Compliments from other people are truly amazing.

Today, I had to run into town to handle some banking for us. I ran into an old client I had worked with on his Toyota, and he gave great comments about me wearing my Victorian Tail Coat and basic black makeup. He told me to stay in touch and stop by once in a while. Then I stopped by the Riggins One Stop fuel station. I needed to drain the ostomy bag. While I was there, I said hi to the staff, and one gentleman who lives in the RV park out back gave me wonderful comments about my appearance. After he understood the story of my cancer, he fully supported my dress code and makeup artistry. He's now a follower on TikTok.

No, my other passion for makeup artistry will never stop at this point. Even my wife loves the aspect that I'm doing makeup and getting rather good at it. As for all my abilities, like Computer repair and Network Administrator, Diesel Mechanic, and now cosplay and makeup artistry. Been more focused on the dirt work in the yard, but there are a few days I was messing around. @Tweety Bird wanted to see a few new colors of hair for me. How about fire red? Then I've even been to a funeral for one of my friends, I was dressed in full black and black makeup. The fire red hair, I really enjoy wearing when you get comments about being seen all the way across the store, like Walmart. I love to dress up and interact with the public. The black was a way for me to dress up for a funeral for my friend Dan Catherman. Just after the landslide, he was down helping me hike up the mountain to look at the landslide from top down. Rest in Peace, my friend.

Meet Stormy Rose.

This was so awesome. I ran into a older couple that shared photos of their son and all the stellar comments. Their son did the whole punk theme, mohawk hair, and in blue green color. Checked out of the store with our groceries to run into Stormy Rose, she is a young artist who started her own version of Goth makeup, very impressive artwork for even her age, super cool interaction.

It gets to everyone here, so sometimes you just gotta get dressed up and grab a truck and go wander out in the woods looking for camping spots and even take Mollie, our fur baby, with us. @Tweety Bird found me a light ash blue wig and even picked up the lipstain as well. @Tweety Bird She is such an awesome fiancée, she is always trying to add to my Titanium makeup and clothing. We loaded up in Thor and took off up Smokey Boulder Road looking for different camping spots. We found several spots that are deeper back in the forest but close to the Boulder Creek so we can go fishing. Oh yeah, Huckleberries are out and OMG! I found a hotspot back in the woods, just full of berries.

Here lets just post the video.

Titanium goes to town

@Tweety Bird and myself were not feeling well last night, so we slept long and hard. I got up this morning and she was requesting I head to town and get hamburger buns, and we would have something simple to eat for today.

As usual, my local people know me and always love the makeup and the effect it brings to people. A couple of the female store employees have colored their hair green and purple. I always give people compliments about their appearance, and I always get right back as well. As for my appearance is with the purple hair again and similar makeup as my previous blog post.

Left the grocery store and headed for the fuel station with Thor. Yeah, I've still got an injector issue, but I needed to bring home fuel in that truck as a fallback. I crossed paths with an older lady, and she looked like the outdoors type. She commented on my hair and appearance. As always, I thank the person for the comment. I put my fuel into Thor and saw her return and start to chat with her as my fuel was just completed. Find out we are both ostomy patients and she was highly impressed with my positive attitude for a person who survived bladder cancer twice, getting married this summer to @Tweety Bird and doing makeup artistry that most people think is impressive. I darted back to Thor and grabbed a business card for contact info, and often to share my knowledge of my ostomy journey to hopefully aid her.

My own journey with losing the shop, digging to find anything that might have survived the mudslide. Trying to keep things around here in good repair without tools is rather tough. Slowly, we are trying to order the needed tools and stuff right now to keep even the internet and communications going. Yeah, I found a damaged CAT5 cable and am attempting to keep the WiFi going in the house.

I got interrupted by Mark's dog barking, and it was the mail lady who 4WD around the outside of the debris pile to deliver our mail today. I told her Thank you for getting the mail to the door for us. She was even asking how we are doing and gave her a more detailed rundown on what's up and going on.

Off to see the insurance company

Yes, I'm off to McCall, ID, to meet with my insurance agent and review the actual insurance policy, word for word. I hopped in the shower and got cleaned up, and with fresh, clean skin and shaved, I started doing my makeup for the day. I did standard black makeup and wore my blue wig. Nothing fancy by any means but I've wowed another store worker today. @Tweety Bird and I stopped to get breakfast out, which I know of an awesome place for breakfast burritos. Old Towne Market has a small cafe in the back of the store. The gal working there I knew the gal at the counter; she took our order and handed the ticket back to me to pay up front. Ok. The gal at the till has kind of a blue-gray hair. I told her it looked awesome. She commented about my appearance. She was so intrigued about my appearance that she started asking questions then I revealed the cancer story somewhat, and she loved the fact I continue to do makeup and dress the part. Still, to this day, I get all kinds of stellar comments about my appearance.

At another stop, I picked up a bit of fuel in Minnie. Now I'm pumping fuel in Minnie, and the older gent pulls in with a Ford 7.3L 1 Ton that looks awesome and is running great. Diesel man, I am. I gave him a kind comment about his Ford truck. I walked over after pumping my fuel and started a conversation about diesel dressed up as Titanium. This gent, being kind, basically stated strange-looking but hella knowledgeable. At that point, it didn't matter what I looked like, but the facts of my knowledge to help this old man fix up his 7.3L Ford floored him. I told him about his rear tires being over-inflated and how to fix it with my math formula. I showed him my phone from the website. Then I told him to consider replacing injectors because 176k miles is a bit long on factory injectors. He was very thankful I just happened to be there to give him info,

This is why I don't care if I'm dressed up as Titanium, Mopar1973Man, or just Michael Nelson. I steal the show anywhere I go, any way I'm dressed. Titanium is my favorite way to be in public. No matter where I go, I'm always finding someone to just wants to ask why. Now, when the cancer story comes forward and the fact I lost all the hair on my head and found a way to enjoy life yet with cancer and still look good. Remember this is why I will be getting married soon. I met in the West Portico building in Meridian, ID, and had the luck of meeting her twice It was Suzanna who asked me for my phone number.

There are just too many great things that come from my wonderful makeup work and the person I am! Would you stop doing this? Or would you be the one like me who wants to see how far down the rabbit hole this goes?

Business side

I made a trip down to Nampa to my fiance's place. The next day I was hopping from salvage yard to salvage yard. I was on a mission to find the next bed for Thor. Even while I was out looking for a truck bed in the salvage yard I was still in hair and makeup. The fiance wanted to come along. She was wearing an orange dress to complement her I opted for the orange tone on my eyelids. Even the shirt which I don't need to repeat in text. You have no idea how much this really does bring more helpful people into my life. I ended up walking a total of 5 miles in 5 salvage yards. Now, even for huffing around in a dirty salvage yard, it turned heads for sure. Still in all the guys that work there are super helpful and could point out the trucks I was hunting for. Even on travel to another salvage yard, seeing other guys giving me thumbs up as I sit in traffic. Even fun to see granny rubbernecking with a smile.
