    Hi I'm Travis. recently bought my first 2nd gen just over 2 years ago, half ton V8. I really didn't know much about the gassers and didn't really need a diesel as i do not haul much at all, so after some research, i found this 1998 on marketplace for $2200 with 180,000 miles on the engine and 4 year old rebuilt transmission . Worst issue was fuel would leak out of the top of the fuel pump housing when you filled it up all the way, but that was due to someone not putting the lock ring on correctly, it basically cross threaded or only threaded on half way. So a new fuel pump and the ring installed correctly fixed that, then a new windshield was needed. Put a wate…
