Anyone out there with a 1 ton Cummins with the Aisin recommend it for truck camper hauling or will the 68rfe trans handle it fine? Think the Aisin is likely overkill for a 3000LBish truck camper in the back but not certain either.  I'm looking to purchase a 4th Gen 3500 short bed as I want the rear leafs for my camper.  Haven't seen much info on 1 tons with truck campers with the Aisin.  thanks...mark 

Skip the aisin... it defuels during the shifts... 

Just get the 68rfe + much better preformance capabilities and from what I've read there's no tuning for the aisin..
