  1. I'm not looking to be a coal roller around town. Mainly wanting a more reliable truck. I'm just a little ignorant in these new computerized emissions controlled trucks.
  2. To keep double posting I started a new thread in 3rd gen power train and reliability area.
  3. Thanks you for all the insight. Just went back and read it. Took advice from first guy to post and moved here so I didn't see it until you mentioned it. I thought I had updated my profile last night but guess it didn't go through. I'm in western ky.
  4. Thanks for the response. Ok EPA aside are the deletes something that should be done before or after installing a programmer? And if I were to find the items that I'm inquiring about what issues may I run across?
  5. Hello all. I currently have a stock 2008 2500 6.7l. I am wanting some insight of the pros and cons of the available deletes and programmer options and best brands. I'm not looking to damage my truck but to hopefully increase fuel mileage. Currently getting 13-15 depending on how heavy I get into the gas. My truck has a 4" lift with 35x12.5x17. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
  6. Thanks for the reply. I will do that.
  7. Hello all. I'm a new member with a 2008 dodge 2500 6.7l. I joined the site to ask what the pros and cons are with adding a programmer and what deletes would be best and if they will throw diagnostic codes. Not looking to screw my truck up mainly looking to increase fuel mileage. Currently is 13-14 with a heavy foot and 14-15 with a lite foot. Any information on the best products out there and what the do's and dont's are would greatly be appreciated.
