Remote door lock
I have a 2001 and id like to have a door lock remote. I took my truck to the dealer to see if they could program a remote but the guy said he couldnt access the computer. I asked what could be the problem or what could i do to resolve... surprise surprise he said bring it in next week and we can look at it lol. So just seeing if anyone has any idea or input to help me get a lead on this.

Track bar issues
The entire front end(minus the axle) is less than 12months old. And has under 6kmiles on it . I will have to do that, i researched a bit more after the post and found that. Unfortunately its been raining and i have a shade tree for a shop. When tightening the ball joint side, the castle nut was way below the cotter pin hole. I tightened it down fairly decent, i have a 2' breaker bar and i put some mucsle into it. Granted i didnt get it nut busting tight. Could this be my error?

Track bar issues
The truck had a pop sound on the frontend. When you turn the wheel to a certain degree to the left and then pops again when you turn it back right. I thought it maybe the ball joints so i replaced them and still popped. I asked around and others said it was the track bar. I purchased a new track bar and installed, now i have more popping than i had in the beginning. To top it off my steering wheel is turned 10 to 15° to the left... i did some research and found most saying turn the adjustment linkage to fix the steering wheel. Just making sure this is correct and wondering if the is anything else that may cause the pop.

Abs pump running nonstop
That's not to bad but how do I make certain this is the issue

Abs pump running nonstop
Thanks but in readings it's been ground wires and possible bad abs modules just looking for the least expensive first... I went on a hunch last time and spent $4500 when it was bad batteries and a loose ground... not saying you're wrong just want to be sure I'm on the right track

Abs pump running nonstop
Today everything was fine until suddenly the abs lights pop up... when I stopped I heard something running and it was the booster pump motor. Even with the key off it was going 90 to nothing. I unplugged it and it stops. Plugged back in still has same issue. What could it be any ideas?

hydroboost/master cylinder issues
I've had a leak in this area for awhile now, and today I broke down to rebuild the booster. In the process of removal of things, I found my leak is only between the master and the booster. Now for the crap part, I can not find the oring, rubber seal or whatever it maybe anywhere. Local, auto zone doesn't have oring this big. Anyone have a part number or a knowing of where I can get the ring?

haunting ghost in my truck
Not sure, even after changing vp it still produced 0216 code so it's a tough call there. I look at as its bought and paid for, same for everything else. Those parts should be good for a long time now. I've learned a lot from this, it's given light to alot of things

haunting ghost in my truck
No, it was actually a combination of things. The alternator was producing large amounts of ac ripple. After replacing that, still had issues so I removed engine grounds and cleaned them. Front ground was good and passenger ground didn't seem loose but had dirt and grime build up. Cleaned retightened and no more issues... I wiggled wire several times and it never moved I guess when the engine got warm grime loosened up.
