  1. lol...thanks, Dave! I am going to start with the connections then move on to removing the vavle cover if I don't find anything with the external wiring. More to come, I am sure. ---------- Post added 05-21-2010 at 05:04 AM ---------- Previous post was 05-20-2010 at 11:27 AM ---------- Just to update...drove the truck around town last night and drove to work this morning and no issues. That leads me to believe this is an electrical issue. I will look into it when I have a bit more time. Thanks to everyone for their help.
  2. thanks, Dave.....I will be ready this shortly. ---------- Post added 05-20-2010 at 11:10 AM ---------- Previous post was 05-19-2010 at 05:38 PM ---------- Got a call from the shop this morning. Unfortunately, the CEL was gone and it ran fine. They don't do alot of work on diesels so the mechanic called the nearest dealership and talked to the diesel mech there. He said it could be the wiring that is causing the issue. I am going to attemp to take the valve cover off and inspect the wiring to see if there are any issues. I will also attempt to ohm check each injector. Looks like more work for me!!!
  3. Hey, thanks Dave! I am the on with the truck that is sick....I am a newbie to diesels, so you have to talk slow!! What do I need to do to check this injector wiring?
