  1. Okay thanks i will try that and let you know if it works
  2. I did use the bump starter method several times after putting the new fuel pump in, and yes i did have to drop the tank. I have verified the new fuel pump is working, i unhooked the fuel line that runs to the water/fuel separator and i get a reading of 15 pounds of pressure. Hooked everything back up and used the bump start method again to purge air out and it still will not start. If air is in the high pressure injector lines which lines do i disconnect to get the air out?
  3. I have a 2002 dodge ram 3500 5.9 high output 6 speed manual i am having issues with, starts fine but when you give it gas it cuts out and starts blowing whitish bluish color smoke. Tested in tank fuel pump it came back bad so i replaced the fuel pump, get in it to prime fuel back into water fuel separator starts and idle fine, killed the truck and went to start it back it started running rough. Gave it a little gas it died now it wont start back? Can anyone suggest what i need to do?
