My rear driveline has some slop in the center yoke splines and I'm going to replace the whole driveline and I searched around but I haven't heard any talk about anybody changing to a one piece from the 2 piece design. I can one made for around 700 but is there one that might be a direct replacement? I have the extended cab long bed. I'm leaning toward the one piece and eliminating the yoke, u-joint, carrier bearing for longevity. Any ideas?

I know it's been a month or so but I have the 370 marine injectors in my truck with the stock pistons. It runs hotter than it should and smokes more too. I'm getting ready to replace them because I'm wasting fuel since the spray pattern is outside the bowl on the piston. And risking cylinder wash. If you haven't tried another set and are interested in these let me know.

Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Chad Miller I bought my first diesel last year (the one in my sig). It had 234,000 on it when I bought it from the original owner. It was still just as it had come from the factory. I've learned a great deal about it in the last year doing all of the work on my own. Of course I always come across something new that I haven't done yet and it's always great to get the chance to talk to people with a lot more knowledge than me.
