Water Leaking inside doors

i found water on both driver and passenger sides where i tracked it back coming from underneath the door plastics where it appears to be running down the window channels and falling through the forward most hole in the door panel.  i replaced the window channel felt, and both inner and outer window sweeps with no luck.  sitting inside the truck i can watch water running down both window channels but since the front access hole in the door panel is much larger and lower, it seems to only be making it through that one.  Has anyone else dealt with this situation before? Thank you.
