Need a Banks Stinger down pipe OR a 4" flanged pipe section I can weld on.

I bought a Banks brake used and I need a flanged down pipe. I already have 4" exhaust but it is necked down to match the stock turbo outlet. The Banks brake has a 4" outlet, flanged. They want over 200.00 for the down pipe alone!!!
