How to remove injectors on a 12 valve Cummins.

 

  1. Clean area thoroughly.
  2. Remove 10mm bolts holding down intake horn, oil tube, injector lines, grid heater, and injector return line.
  3. Remove injector lines (19mm).
  4. Remove injector return line 10mm banjo bolts.
  5. Remove injector return line 12mm banjo bolt at fuel filter.
  6. Remove injector return line.
  7. Loosen Injector hold down nuts.
  8. Remove injectors.
