This is a base tune based on the information provided. You should be able to reach about 23 degrees at 2,000 RPM when engine load is less than 20%. Being there is no head studs I did back down on timing. As for launching power I really can't add a bunch of fuel down low which will put stress on the transmission. To make up for this I gave a good amount of retard in heavy load conditions to allow for boost to build quickly. Wiretap and CANBus fuel both will ramp up after 10 PSI of boost.
