I did this mod to my 2010 hemi as my first mod to it when I got it. It is amazing how much dirt the filter catches that otherwise would be in the cab and in your lungs. I have changed the filter a couple times and it is totally loaded level with sand and dirt. I couldn't believe my eyes when I pulled it out just how much was in it. I do live in and work in the country and this rig sees more gravel than pavement as well as sitting in the parking lot of a coal mine with the main haul road just a few hundred feet away so there are a lot of days it gets a nice coating of coal dust and dirt layering it.
Genos sells a kit now but before they did I found the part #'s off another forum and just ordered them, install is very easy to do.
here is a link from genos with a video showing intall of the cab filter kit on a 4th gen ram in general.
