INSTALLED SOME MANIFOLD STUDS AND AN ATS ONE PIECE EXHAUST MANIFOLD YESTERDAY ON MY 01 RAM AND NOTICED THAT THE NOTCHED AREAS OF THE HEAD WHERE YOU CAN TOUCH THE HEAD GASKET LOOK LIKE THEY ARE SEPARATING. I COULD NOT IDENTIFY A LEAK BUT I WAS CURIOUS IF THAT WAS TYPICAL AT 167K MILES? TRUCK HAS HEAD STUDS ALREADY AND I SEE NO SIGNS OF FUNCTIONAL GASKET FAILURE WITH OIL OR WATER LEAKS AT THE MOMENT. THANKS

Sorry to hear about the truck. Be sure to present the receipts for all work performed within the last 12 months. If you have an ACV policy on the truck the repairs will be added as "refurbishments" and the offer will improve. The transmission repair will help for sure. Another thing I would request is that you ask for an expanded search (go out a greater distance) when comparable vehicles are being added. Hope this was helpful.

I installed the Feece system in the driveway yesterday. I am glad I went with that kit (forced me to drop the tank) because I had a fair amount of crap built up in the tank to clean up. The system is well made and quiet. Took all day for me to do everything. I will try to sell the Raptor I guess. Thanks for everybody's input on the questions. Sorry Fleece

I remember asking about a Predator pump from PDD and they told me it was discontinued due to failures? I see GDP has something similar that has been out awhile. I like the idea of mechanical too. Bought the Fleece so tank is coming down. I figured it should go in pretty well. BTW is the old BHAF like my truck has a Napa 2907 or something like that? Seems like I recall a list posted somewhere. Cleaned the engine bay in prep for injectors and fuel system and noticed air filter was looking pretty rough. Thanks

I will check out the DAP draw straw. If I am dropping the tank it makes me wonder if i should just get the Fleece kit ? I have had great luck with the Air Dog 100 on a previous 2nd gen but it was installed into the stock fuel module ports. I understand that you cannot use the 165 kit with the small feed and return used on the stock module. I also looked at the module mod kit that comes with the AD. Looks fairly straight forward. My truck has the block mounted lift pump vs updated conversion. Thanks!

I am not understanding why it is favorable to drill under the fuel module basket as I have read? Do the tanks have any walls/ baffles in the smooth flat area closer to the front strap? Does everyone like the Beans sump ? Thanks

I just ordered some injectors from Weston at Infinite. Super helpful and very patient with questions and getting all the details. Looking forward to running them. He is making the 7x10 sacs. I think the Quad will arrive tomorrow. May not mess with it though. I am putting a water pump on my Sons C5 Corvette and a few other projects but it won’t stay in the box for long! Thanks so much for input. I sent an email to Infinite and he agreed with turbo sizing. What Infinite spec is best? 7x9 - 7x10 SAC ? I plan to upgrade the charger eventually. I am looking for really fast spool and that Smarty feel but trying not to lean on the tuner as much if possible. My 2wd had HTT 62/13 w DDP 150s and it had pretty good response. That was 11 yrs ago for what its worth. Thanks again! I meant agreed with 150 too big for the turbo lol. Sorry I did not specify I just ordered the Quad Adrenaline I Quad yesterday too. I plan to upgrade the block mounted Raptor 100 to the Fleece kit or Air Dog 165. I am torn regarding dropping the tank in the drive way vs using a sump kit. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around a hole in the bottom of the tank. You nailed it on what I am wanting for power delivery. I want max torque by 16-1700 ish. I am a little worried about flashing these old ECM's so the Quad seemed like a great choice on all counts. I can order custom settings off the site too that may be helpful compared to base std tunes right? Thanks

Anyone use the current tip designs of these brands? I know the Mach 4 are Sac and DDP 150's were VCO. Any input appreciated. Truck has typical mods, BD Super B turbo, Comp Box, Currently RV275s, head studs, Raptor 100. Thanks
