  1. Thanks Mike, excellent write up:thumbup2:
  2. Today while driving my ABS & Brake light both came on. It stayed on until I shut the truck off for a little bit. I started it back up & started driving no lights, then all at once they're back on. Turn the truck off, start back driving same deal. Whats going on and what do I do to fix it. Brakes still seem good.
  3. I think I'll get the tee on order today, and maybe see what overnight shipping would cost. I hope and pray the pumps got and will hold good pressure. I can't afford another IP, and I can't afford to wait on getting the gauge on, and not being able to work.
  4. The installation manual shows preset @ approx. 16psi. The only thing, who wrote the manual, and who set the pressure???
  5. The IP was put on new about 6 months ago. I was running a Fass DDRP, is was still working but I was seeing alot of pressure difference between idle and wot (18-9psi). Call me scared, but I thought I'd better do something different. This truck is my moneymaker, and need it to hold up and last:pray:. I don't have another gauge. The Fass has 1 line return, 1 line to tank (suction), and a supply line straight out of pump to the inlet on the IP.
  6. Hey, thanks guys. I checked out Vulcan, I thank I'm gonna go with the push lock t. Now my problem is I work out of this truck M-F and got to work tomarrow (hauling lumber,metal,etc.). I got the Fass installed yesterday and the truck is running, but I have no idea what fuel pressure I got. I'm gonna order the t online today, but will prossibly take 2-3 days to get. Will I be alright?
  7. I just installed a FASS 150 today. After hooking the line to the Injection Pump I don't know where to connect my fuel pressure gauge. The gauge is a Westach Electric. Thanks
  8. Thanks guys, hopefully the terminals is my problem, a cheap easy fix, something I'm not able to get very often!!!
  9. I recently bought a 02 Dodge 2500 4wd auto, bone stock w/ 58,000 miles. I was driving it today and it won't stay in overdrive. About 55-60 mph or 1500-1700 rpm seems to be the worst about kicking in an out. I was on flat roads maintaining a steady speed. I'm new to auto transmissions behind a Cummins but this don't seem right.Help or suggestions appreciated.
  10. This morning I started my 01 3500 like I do everyday. Everything seemed normal, after about 15 mins. of warming up, I got back in the truck to a check engine light. I checked the codes, I had two (P0237,P1693). I drove the truck and had no noticeable signs of problems. Is this something I need to have checked out? Any help Appreciated.
