  1. Been awhile since I posted on this but it was my ECM/ECU. Sent it off to Autocomputer Specialist and had it rebuilt. Also replaced all the battery terminals and grounds with a full kit from Custombatterycables.com and added an extra fuse box so any electrical can run threw it. Everything working awesome now.
  2. Thanks I will be disconnecting mine after all is repaired.
  3. Do you guys run with or without the grid heater?
  4. On the way home the other day and my truck started to sputter, on and off with the power basically had a mind of its own, peddle completely dropping off. Threw a bunch of codes, alot of out of voltage codes and of course the P0606 code. Temp gauge would also bounce around.Where is the best place to get a remanded ECM? Below is a video I found on YouTube of another 24v doing the same thing.
  5. My bad it was in the PDC for the vp. I checked for codes with my Scangauge II and there was none. I will check with my smarty s03 tomorrow.
  6. I try to get the old one tomorrow and take a side by side of the original and the one from Orielly's.
  7. So after doing some hard searching we where able to find the issue I hope. The funny thing is i just replaced it last week with a cheap one from Oriellys. The fuel pump relay. Replaced it with a Dodge relay and it starts right up with no issues been tested all day so far. Hope this is it.
  8. Yep comes on just like normal.
  9. Ok so yesterday after work went to start the truck and it only cranked never started. Tach was moving all gauges working no issues there. So unplugged the fuse for the AD to see if it would start like it did the day before and nothing. Put fuse back in got pressure back, gave it a little ether and nothing. Had to end up calling AAA and have it towed back to my diesel guy to help me out on figuring this out.
  10. OK, im going to give this a try this weekend!
  11. Ok so IM getting 17-18 psi on FP gauge, when the issue occurs my tac moves while trying to start (6 speed) this is a good thing I hear reguarding the ECM. After trying to start if i go pull the fuse to my air dog, then try to start, truck starts right up like nothings wrong. This make any since?
  12. So looks like the VP's going out. Any recommendations?
  13. Awesome, thanks a lot! And yes if you can upload the diagram that would be great or if there is a link that too. Thanks alot all of you for your help. Hopefully I can get this figured out this weekend.
