Dead pedal! Apps Calibration! Help!!!!!!
Ok guys so quick update. I put the whole apps assembly on. I set my sensor signal voltage to .600v. The spec is .580-.670v. I did the pedal reset procedure for min and max values. No codes what so ever. Now I'm watching my apps via my cts2 and I notice that engine rpm does not change til it reads 4%. I also notice that I'm down about 3 lbs of boost so I'm assuming it's bcuz it's not legitimately at WOT even tho the percentage says 100. Now do I need to back off the stop screw to compensate for this 4% or do I need to perform another pedal reset or what? I'm at a loss here and I'm not willing to give up 3lbs of boost

Dead pedal! Apps Calibration! Help!!!!!!
So calibrate the sensor to the mount itself, then calibrate to ecm for min and max values?

Dead pedal! Apps Calibration! Help!!!!!!
Perfect thank you. I did not do that so it's probably my problem. After performing this will I need to do the reset procedure as well. One more question. I do have edge juice with attitude on it with the cts2. Should I uninstall it and go back to factory before performing any of this or does it not matter?

Dead pedal! Apps Calibration! Help!!!!!!
Ok so question then. I researched that you could just pull the apps sensor off the whole unit and bolt it back to the existing unit to avoid the cable mess. I did this. Will it ever calibrate right?

Dead pedal! Apps Calibration! Help!!!!!!
Hi guys need some help here. I had the check engine light come on me driving home last night. I had the P0222 code. So I parked the truck and shut it off. Then I plugged into it and reset that code. Upon starting it immediately jumped to 1500rpms without touching the pedal and would not leave that range. I limped it home as I was really close. I suspected the apps. So I replaced it with an oem one along with the batteries bcuz they were going anyways. Just to rule those out of the equation. Also my alternator failed two days before so it's new and putting out 14.1. Anyways, after installing a new appsand batts, I attempted to perform the calibration procedure for it. I then started the truck with no codes. Thinking the procedure worked I drove it around the block and it gave me the dead pedal and check engine light. The dead pedal occurred 4 times within a 5 mile circle. It would go dead for about 3 seconds then come back to life. The code it generated now is P0121. The other code is not there anymore. I'm suspecting it's still the apps since the initial code is no longer and a new one has generated. After researching I learned that there are many different procedures for calibrating a new apps but none seem to be solid leads. I ran out of daylight and haven't attempted a different one yet. I do currently have my negatives off the batts and am gonna attempt a new calibration procedure in the morning. Any info regarding this topic would be of help.
