Nop everything looks fine there and the turbo push nice air. I took the intake manifold while the truck was running. I know it shouldn’t be done like that but I needed to check that the turbo was pushing air

I know me neither since there’s no shaft play or anything wrong with the turbo and I check the wg moves fine for what I was able to see. I also try driving the truck with the wg line cut off and plug but same problem so don’t think is the wg. My fuel on idle is around 19psi and driving goes down to 15 psi. No smoke at all. Also I’m running just straight pipe to mid truck

I put it back thru the quadzilla again to keep a look at the boost but when I unplug it. I unplug the map sensor and quadzilla and no boost either

The quadzilla and the map sensor but still the same. No boost

No boost
Yes I unplugged both and nothing change same problem

So put everything back and still the same problem zero boost breaking my head. Now I might change the turbo even tho it doesn’t have any shaft play

Yeah I had the map sensor code and the p0216. So got all those fix but the boost problem didn’t get fix. It’s a 1999 24 valve automatic 3500 dually. Looking to buy an another turbo and see if for any reason the turbo is bad even tho it spin and doesn’t have any shaft play. I also block of the wg but noting 0 boost

It started out slowly. While driving the truck would bug out and the rpm start going up and down then I took it in to check the codes and had the injection pump death code and map sensor then I thought it went to limp mode but all those parts been check and no codes currently also the truck beside running all engine runs strongs with out any misfire or any problems so I’m thinking the turbo some how is bad but it doesn’t have any shaftplay and it spins just fine

I have the remanufacturing injection pump and fass brand new lift pump
-
No boost
Yeah I have it install is reading around 19 psi on idle if I’m not mistaken.

No boost
Yeah my map sensor is new so it’s just driving my crazy I can’t recall what my fuel pressure drops to while driving but it’s not too bad I’m seen it thru quadzilla app

My theory was that not all the valve can be close so the air should be able to exit thru exhaust valves is how it work on my turbo car. But like i said I don’t know **** about Diesel engines. Also it just started when my injection pump went bad and fuel pressure is around 19 on idle and drops when driving

Yes of course with the turbo install I just took the turbo out to check it out. And change it if I have to to. And I took it to auto parts
