  1. I guess the question boils down if I lower the hitch will it now ride to low in front and add more weight to the truck? The camper pulled fine as is and a little weight toward the rear is better to relieve pin weight on the front.
  2. You are close it is actually 6.29".
  3. I can lower my the hitch of the truck one set of holes which equals to about 1".
  4. The space betweent the truck and fifth is about 8" up front and around 7 at the end fo the bed of the truck.
  5. When we were leaving campground found a level spot to see how unlevel camper was in tow position. My phone level said it was 1 degree from front to back. Don't know why it looks so unlevel?
  6. Not sure, it was late when I got home. I. Am going to check that this Friday before we head out to the mountains.
  7. It is a little but this model of Jayco doesn't have adjustable suspension to level out. Will probably have to do a spacer or axle flip.
  8. Added the pics I thought I attached in my last post.
  9. Imagine all that mud in the nicks and crannies. Must have took forever to get the camper cleaned.
  10. Here it is all hooked up last night. I see that I mssed the pictures originally.
  11. Fifth wheel with dual axles. I wonder if the weights are wrong due to axle placement compared to big rigs. This was a CAT scale at a truck stop.
  12. New camper 31.5 BHTS by Jayco. Weights from CAT scale: Steer axle 4720 Drive axle 8940 Trailer axle 4260 Gross combined 17920 Seems a little heavy. What do you guys think?

My FASS 95 with a Baldwin FWS and Donaldson FF pushes 8-9 in the winter and 11 when in the spring and summer. These numbers are after the filter.
