i did replace the ecm in february so while i was standing there i did check the 5v supply at the map sensor and only had 4.88 which is why i asked about the ecm. but i will check into the plug on the fuel pump and the connection at the ecm and any other wiring typ issues i can find. thanks guys

It is a 2002 2500. nothing strange it ran fine this morning pared it went back out no start and it threw the 0232 code

Could someone give me a little info on 0232? What and where to start? Is this due to bad ECM?

the pressure to the pump was good but i had no pressure at the head fuel just dribbled out and very hard starting i believe this was due to letting the last lift pump go to long and not having a guage at that time so i pulled and replaced the vp and put a new air dog system on. the truck ran great in the garage with throttle response as soon as i got out of the garage dead pedal. threw 0215 0122 1475 and 0236. so i started at the map sensor 4.87v then on to the pcm got nothin then on to the pdc more than100 ohms so im kinda thinkin ecm.

so this thing finally threw the 216 and i got to idle home and pull the pump. put the new one in started up drove about 20 feet dead pedal. so when and where do ya bite the bullet and buy an ecm. or am i missin something?

just curious i figured out that one of my new batteries was no good only had 11.33 will this affect my 5 v input

could i use the ecm out of a 01 ho in my 02 to try to eliminate that as my problem.

yeah i have good pressure at the gauge but it dont look good at the injector. does anyone know how to elliminate ecm from vp44

ok i checked all grounds replaced batteries drove it twice and back to square one i guess. fuel pressure is good on the gauge but seems lacking when injector lines are cracked but im still pullin 0236 1475 0122 0577 so throw it at me im ready to make this thing into a flower pot or something

driving home from work about a month ago pedal goes dead replace apps sensor. drive to work does fine leave work just fine till a mile from home dead pedal again. reset apps good to the end of the driveway. back to the garage now with codes 1693 1286 0237 0236 0122 1475 0577. checked for broken wires and bad grounds replaced map sensor. started it up no bus and still no pedal. im lost
