  1. Send my ecm off to auto computer specialist and got the email this morning the found shorts in my lift pump circuit, app pedal & cpu. Truck has a fass 100 on it which seems to be working fine( it's running and it's pushing fuel to the vp) & I'm replacing the apps With one from genos garage(I stuck a junky Amazon knock off on it to try to get me by, didn't work so don't waste your time) anyone think there's any thing to worry about with the lift pump circuit? 98.5 24v
  2. 98.5 24v auto trans Back in Sept I was playing around and got on the truck pretty hard, oit of no where it fell on its face and check engine light came on. Turn the truck off an back on it high reved on start & high idle. Got codes for grid heater(always have it since I bought the truck), apps sensor & no bus code. No luck with the apps reset and after digging around i realized there was only 1 nut(which had backed off some) holding the vp on and it was some what loose. I replaced the apps With a cheap Amazon sensor to get me by and got new nuts for the pump. I did check the main pump nut an it was right an toqued to spec. After replacing the apps, I bled the injector lines and started the truck, it ran beautifully, reved it up an everything. Got in it to take it down the road an same thing happen, lost power & no bus came back. Right now truck will idle fine but given any fuel it'll max out at around 1500rpms and "defuel". About a year before the Speedo started bouncing about 5 mph off then right b4 the truck finally crapped out it would be all over the place. This all started after I fixed my shifting problem with the ground wire in the alternator wireing harness. Right now check engine light, abs, brake, and seat belt lights are on. I figure it's ether vp44 or ecm that has gone bad. Anyone ran into these problems. Was told there's no way to check other than swap the ecm out but don't know anyone willing to let me swap them to check Thanks Nathan Forgot to mention. Truck has a fass 95(stock replacement) & edge comp that I have since unhooked but problem is still there
