2001 Tuner question.

I’m new to all this stuff so bear with me. Lol 

I have a stock 2001 Dodge 2500 5.9 and I put a quadzilla xzt tuner on it and I’m wanting to do a different tune on it. How do I go about doing this? Also any ideas on bumping up size of injectors or any other rather inexpensive upgrades you can think of  would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
