The green one should run straight down to the switch on top of the transfer case, along with 3 other lines. Two of the lines (red/black) run to the CAD unit. I assume the green one T's into 2. These are pics of an 01' so it might be different.

Yeah, I recall seeing the green go from the drivers side of the block, back under the firewall and ran above the T case, I noticed the green red and black were together in the bundle. This may actually be the cause of 4x4 seemingly wanting to shift out and back into 4x4. I'm pretty sure there are NO other vacuum leaks and green seems like a likely culprit. In the daylight I'm going to check to see if I can't find where it connects to the rest of the vacuum. Hopefully nothing is broke. I couldn't find anything online anywhere stating much about this green line. I think the 01s setup is the same as mine too.
