Beast, is nearing 500k miles on the odometer. I'm doing the smart thing at this time and parking Beast back in the garage for a long nap. I need to do both a front and rear crank seal on Beast. Beast needs to be parked and left in storage for the time being. I want to be out and building new tunes for Beast. Thor is going to take the lead at this time. This will allow me the time to fix Beast properly. Beast final project was the chasing the truck bed and tailgate.

Here you go, gang, I've gone and done it now. I found the next great hiding place on a 3rd Gen Truck and gave the AirDog a protected spot. I mocked up the bracket in the bed and then mounted the pump bracket upside down against the inner bed wall. This makes it a bit tricky to get the 4 Allen bolts in and tight. Then I managed to get the suction line hooked up to the modified sender straw. Then I removed and cut the filler neck hose and inserted the return tee into the filler neck hose. Clamped

I got a little bit done today with Thor. I've now got bumpers on Thor. The rear bumper is off a 2005 Dodge Hemi and fits perfect. I got it bolted up and license plate on the rear bumper. Looks good. Now the front bumper is off a 4th Gen truck doesn't quite fit right. Its a bumper and will have to do for the time being. Now the other problem is the electrical is strange but 2006 was a single year where the taillights was totally different. It's like the 2007 for all the plugs and everything works

I had to make a return trip and try to find the right wiring for a 2006 Dodge Ram. The weird part is that a 2005 tail light loom has different plugs than the 2006 main plug. The 2007 loom is totally different and is missing the white/tan lead for brake light, assuming that there is a turn signal stalk that cancels and supplies the brake signal down the turn signal lead like typical. Nope, Thor is different, where he has a separate tail light bulb for a brake light. Being I cannot get a 2006 loom

I spent some time this morning tracing out the brake light function from the cab to the taillights. Then I found out the taillight loom I got from a 2007 will NOT work. It's a single taillight setup. Problem I figured out that there are two taillights in the wiring diagram and then started looking for the white/tan lead nope. Not there. Now I'm on hold, waiting to see if the salvage yard has a 2005 wiring loom so I can get the right wiring. The project is on hold for a bit to sort out the elect

@Tweety Bird and I needed to run out and take care of a few things. I hopped in the shower and got cleaned up, and with fresh, clean skin and shaved, I started doing my makeup for the day. I did standard black makeup and wore my blue wig. Nothing fancy by any means but I've wowed another store worker today. @Tweety Bird and I stopped to get breakfast out, which I know of an awesome place for breakfast burritos. Old Towne Market has a small cafe in the back of the store. The gal working there I k

I had other running around to do today. By the time I came back home, I only had a few hours of daylight left before the shadows of the mountain start casting on the valley floor. I managed to get the filler neck installed and managed to cut the unleaded neck out to fit the diesel fuel nozzle at a fuel station. I was getting sore from lying on the ground to deal with that, so I shifted over to dealing with the brake light issue. Now I got power past the brake light switch still not making it to

I managed to get alot done today on Thor. Everyone was pitching in between Mark and Suzanna. We temporarily rigged up the AirDog fuel system so I could move the entire truck outside. I've got a trick I'm going to show on Thor that I'm doing for a AirDog soon. Already got the straw done in the sender basket. Then pulled Beast up with the trailer and used the a-frame to unload the new bed for Thor. Then, Thor was fired up, rolled out the door, lifted the bed up, and carefully lowered the bed back

Yesterday, I got the electrical for the bed strung down frame. I have all new electrical running to the bedand taillights. Now I've got to get Mark to give me a hand and unload the new bed from the trailer to the frame of Thor. I'm planning on installing the AirDog 150 too. Today I've got to grab my old fuel pump I saved on the shelf and drill the straw through it and install. I've got a awesome idea of installing the AirDog in the bed side but I gotta look ar how much room I have after the fill

A lot of things happened today. Actually, back up to last night, and I was making calls on getting a hold of a trailer to haul back Thor's new bed. Found a local friend I could borrow his trailer to bring the bed home. Yeah I have to use Beast one last time. Beast is leaking at both ends of the crank front and rear seals. I managed to get oil and an oil filter for Thor. Then, fresh coolant. I'm hoping to do a recrimp of the radiator here very soon. Back on track, I've got to haul down to Horsesh

I made a trip down to Nampa to my fiance's place. The next day I was hopping from salvage yard to salvage yard. I was on a mission to find the next bed for Thor. Even while I was out looking for a truck bed in the salvage yard I was still in hair and makeup. The fiance wanted to come along. She was wearing an orange dress to complement her I opted for the orange tone on my eyelids. Even the shirt which I don't need to repeat in text. You have no idea how much this really does bring more helpful

Yup. Thor is a running and driving truck now. I've been fighting to find a 3rd Generation bed, taillights and tailgate for Thor. Surprise, Surprise! The 3rd Generation trucks in the Boise Valley are all short bed. OMG! This is nuts. I spent over 5 miles of hiking just walking around the wrecking yards attempting to find a truck bed for Thor. Long Bed boxes are rare, and if you find one, typically the bed is completely hammered like I've got a few photos of trucks with long boxes but the truck lo

I was attempting to keep you all informed of the work happening here using the Blog system. Sadly, there were bugs in the software, some bugs have been fixed. We made it to the Invision Community Version 5 software. Things have been a bit weird and tough for me to catch up and get everything working correctly. Blogs had an error where the categories couldn't be managed. When I attempted to delete one category, it deleted both of my previous blog posts. Opps. Yeash it sucked but I'll stumble and
Yesterday was Sunday. I wanted to keep up with my makeup artistry, work with my white face foundation, and try a few tricks. It's not my best work, but it was an improvement compared to some of the other white face makeup I've done. I've added Mehron setting powder to set the white base and pull the extra moisture out of the body paint. Green is a tough color to work with being I've got very little in a green powder palette to do my eyeshadow. Then working with green lipstains is interesting, to

Let me introduce you to Titanium my other character I've created to deal with my cancer. Yes, I've had bladder cancer twice. The first one was on December 27th, 2019. I went in to have a cancerous tumor removed from my bladder covering my right ureter. Fast forward 4 years to December 17th 2023, and back in again to see my entire bladder consumed in cancer, and doctors were uncertain if I would survive. Now that I've been 6 months clean, I'm happy, but I still have kidney issues. My right kidney
