1997  ram 2500 cumming 4x4 have a intermintant electrical issue the dash goes dead guages all the warning lights come on headlights go dim thinking bad ground but cant seem to find it please help

Any codes when you use a scanner?  Have you checked for Volts at the battery when running?

 

I would guess the main grounds on the battery to the block.  

 

 

no codes bat voltage good main grounds clean and tight at wits end dont know wheather or not to trust truck for a rip drives fine

Do 12v have the big plug in the PDC?  I know on 24v this connection being loose can cause strange issues.
