No power to fuel pump or injection pump code 1694 Cummins says ecm ok truck just shut down on interstate

2002 Dodge 2500 auto 4x4

Double check the two connectors at the valve cover on the cowling. There is a CCD data bus there. Double check your passenger side grounds being the master ground for the ECM, PCM and VP44 runs across the front of the engine to the ECM.

Ok I could not find anything so took to a shop there is a green wire with a splice in the wire loom rite above those plugs that wire had a brake in it 

Updatate they replaced the wire now does not run again
