I have searched for a video about how to check the flywheel bolts to see if they are tight. I have steering wheel vibration. It pretty much goes away when driving. The damper looks ok. Also, Could this be a PS problem? The engine does not vibrate, just the steering wheel.

The first thing I would do is adjust the valves. Sounds like you have a cylinder or two that are imbalanced compared to the others. It could also be an injector issue or even a VP problem!

Sorry, I mispoke, I meant to say flywheel instead of timing.
