F-150 heater core replacement

The heater core on our 2009 F-150 is leaking. The dealer wants $1200 labor to replace this $100 part! Does anybody know where I can find instruction so I can replace it myself?

That's for 97-02 trucks. I wonder if an 09 would be the same?

I didn't realize it was for the older trucks.... Sorry about that. I will look around some more and see what I find.
