I was just wondering, at cruise what is the cambus reading? Mine reads 550 to 1000. Mostly around 650. That's at 1500 rpm and 19%- 23% load at 55 mph. That's right around 650 egt's. With Mike's ECO tune, modified by me, I am getting 23 mpg with the AC going. With only 0-5psi of boost I have the cambus set from 70 to 72. It also, with lite load is at 21.25 timing. My truck with DDP 75hp injectors likes alot of timing. It has 24 at 2100rpm going 75mph 5-6 psi boost and right around 825 cambus reading. Gets 19mpg. I made a 1 mile blast on level 3 got 35psi of boost, and was going over 115mph and only saw 1300 on my egt's. If u r cruising and your cambus reading is over 1000 you have to much fuel for the amount of air. That's causing your egt's to be so high. It just may be the less expensive injectors you have, (I know you have had many sets.) I believe DDP'S injectors are far superior, but they cost almost double. I have been following your dilemma, and it just sounds like it's your injectors. Only fuel can cause egts to be high if the timing is right and the air is right. So more air for the fuel, or less fuel for the air will get you where you want to be..... good luck, hope you find the solution 👍

Towing, Turbos, and Quads
The Quad on a stock setup truck will give you what you're looking for and alot of tune ability. But putting on the of stuff will give you alot more power. Then you'll have to do the clutch or A/T trany to be reliable. The thing to remember is you don't have to run the Quad on full power. You can set it up to have many different levels. I think most of us run on a lower level than full all the time. By the way guys, what in your opinion is the best level to run on for fuel mileage? I have (@ Mopar1973Man ECO tune that I have modified) run DDP 75 HP Injectors with a K27 turbo, on level 2 @ 75 mph (2100 rpm) I get 19 mpg, that is up from 15.2 MPG I use to get. Would I increase the MPG if I used a different level? You can also make many different tunes with many different levels. I have a hot street tune on full kill truck runs low 13's @ 109 in 4 wheel drive on the street tires. I also have a converter lock switch, ARP headstuds, built A/T transmission, a must to go drag racing. So to some it up their are many things you can do with the Quadzilla adrenaline.....

It sounds like it is the injectors. They may be just a poor product.... I use DDP INJECTORS. Hate to say you may need different companies injectors. The DAP product guy maybe can help. Call Power Driven Diesel they may help also.

Where are the EGT probes mounted? Both of mine are mounted in the outlet as you can see. You also want to set the MS to 1200....With EGT'S that high and the probes working properly, you have to be burning fuel out the exhaust manifold (to much fuel and not enough air). Or it could be you are not getting the exhaust out. As a side with the setup you have, how much max boost can you make? I have a K27 turbo, head studs, 7x9's , and can make 47psi of boost @ full fueling, and never see 1600* EGT'S. Mike (mopar1973man) has helped me with my truck and I can cruise @ 75 TO 80 mph and get 19 mpg and the EGT'S are 625* and the timing is 22.5. Here in the Phoenix area it is warm most of the time. (HOT AIT OF 127* and everyone drives fast) Load at that speed is 21-23, cruise psi is 5 or so.Also you have to run on level 2 to get MPG. Level 7 max performance. Canbus reads 850-1000 most of the time on level 2. Hope this helps....

Ok time to upgrade the turbo
I would get a Borg Warner K27. You can call Power Driven Diesel and they will help you out. I paid less than $1000.00. As I said earlier I have the same stuff as you, but I put the bigger K27 turbo on, it bolts right on. It works great. With a ECO tune on the Adrenaline and driving 75-80 mph, I got 19 MPG (thanks Mike mopar1973man). With a hot street tune it runs 13's @ 105 mph and has 47 psi of boost. Hope this helps, have fun....

Ok time to upgrade the turbo
I have the same stuff, but put a Borg Warner K 27 turbo. I have a few other upgrades high ram intake horn, ATI Intercooler, ARP headstuds ,S&B cold air intake. Had to have the transmission rebuilt with a 3 disk converter and all the heavy duty upgrades. Truck makes 480 hp at the rear tires. Go look at some of Power Driven Diesel videos on U-tube. Hope this helps....
