Ok time to upgrade the turbo
Still looking for a replacement Turbo Additional info, I also have a hi ram intake and the injectors are 75 hp over stock, it is an automatic transmission, excuse the omission here is the pic of the leak area, the oil was on the blades and housing on the inlet from the air filter the turbo is a HX35W holset what difference is in the HX35 and the HE351W are there any USA made Turbos?? Improvements on that?? or is the hx35 the best fit? anyone have a suggested outlet or online store for turbo parts? Silverwolf2691 mentioned the s362/65/12 is this a bigger turbo than the HX35 any chance you know of a source for one of these Again there is a wealth of knowledge on this forum and thanks to all who take the time to share and guide

what controls the "wait to start light"
Lots of great information thanks. I now have many more questions. what is the W-T ground wire mod and it would appear that there two ECM or ECU's, one on the engine and one on the fire wall. which one is the WTS light issue linked to?? How do you do an AC noise ck on the alternator?? if the alternator is replaced is there a larger output Alternator over the standard OEM is there any advantage of repairing vrs replacement of the ECM /ECU other than cost, any programming differences has anyone used ACS for the upgrade how were the results??

what controls the "wait to start light"
Base Info, 1999 FASS fuel pump on the block new injectors at75 hp new tubes and lines on all injectors, new exhaust manifold 3 piece with new banks intake. Quadzilla Adrenaline Daily driver tune The issue I have is.... there is an inconsistent time for the WTS light to come on. there is also a duration the light stays on Some time when I start the Dodge she fires rite up half a turn and she comes to life other times she will turn over and not start until the second and some time the third try I am thinking the module that controls the WTS light seems to be in league with the issue. I don't remember it taking so long to come on. when I put the key in the ignition and turn to start without cranking, it takes 3-5 beeps before the light come on. all other dash lights come on as soon as the key is turned to the start position but the WST does not always come on at the same time as the rest of the instrument lights. then when it goes out it cranks but does not start like it should, 2-3 attempts before it starts. Does not seem to matter warm or cold it almost seems like fuel starving. I have noticed that as soon as the light goes out on the second or third time it comes to life like it should. any guidance would be appreciated

Injector size as it relates to Quadzilla tuning
I may have asked a question that I didn't fully understand and of that I am Shure of. so let me add to my confusion with this ......... my set up is mostly stock 1999 5.9 Cummins fass lift pump new injector pump I believe it to be the SO version new injectors the ddp 75 hp set new tubes and lines I replaced the cracked exhaust manifold and added the Banks intake. I put the Quadzilla adrenalin on to monitor fuel pressures. it is an automatic trans that needs to be swapped out along with the Torque converter that's going to be another thread. as it sets now with the daily driver tune I am not seeing any smoke or issues unbecoming of the beast that lies with in the tune is the starting place and i still have to learn a lot about the way the tune translates to the seat of the pants I did see a thread that talks about the fuel pump ecm bypass mod i will be looking into that next thing thanks to each of you for taking the time to shed a little light in my direction I am ok for now with the current daily tune and am looking forward to using the tow tune with the 1974 Avion, all 7500 lbs of it, should not be an issue after the trans and tc get swaped out.

Injector size as it relates to Quadzilla tuning
I purchased a set of 75 hp injectors the DDP-ISB75 I don't know how that relates to the tunning of the Quadzilla adrenalin. are they a 7.010 7.012 or something else? Any guidance would be appreciated as I am new to the tunning world.
