Yes I have the P0121 error code. And it DOES NOT show up doing the key trick, only when you use the OBD2 port.

I am having the same issue.. Mike.. After I replace the apps sensor and still get a dead pedal issue... The VP is next to replace?

I missed it... did you buy a new steering box? Where is the best place to purchase one if needed?

Michael did you ever find out what was up with the 2001 thing? Mine always shows the 1693 and nothing else.. says its done. but the engine light is on and when I go to autozone and check for codes it always shows them... I was looking at buy that scan gauge... Advise would be appreciated...
