Buddy of mine said I would blow it up if I ran it on 5x5 but the only time I really get on it is if I have my head up my butt and pull out in front of someone.

Yea I believe the Texas heat may be the problem I check the psi this am and it held 15 at 3oclock today it was 11psi.When it was hot as heck outside and the truck was hot.

What would be a good level to start with if truck is bone stock,looking for better mileage.

I have had it on my truck now for about 3.5 months now it was at 15psi idle and 22 wot now my idle psi has dropped to 12 but wot is still the same.Will a dirty filter cause this I have not checked it yet but will tomorrow.I changed the filter when I installed the pump I would say that I have about 4000 miles on it.What else would cause this. So I bought one off of a buddy of mine and he had spliced his wire to the vp I want to go with the BD stealth cover is this the right thing to do or should I just splice.

The light is coming on now and I do hear lp priming up,but the truck will not start till the light comes on,and when it throws it's little fit and the light does not come on the truck starts right up.

So here's a update went on vacation for a week get back jump in truck go to start it up and the wait to start light comes on so I bump the starter and the lp still does not cycle and truck will not start unless light comes on.

I have found one a guy wants to sale, it's 4x4 with 218xxx on the motor,it has the 5speed trans in it body is clean decent intereior what would be a fair price for the truck as far as I know it's all stock.The temptation is calling been wanting a 02 for awhile so I can mod. it up a little bit and the fact that I miss my standard trans.THANKS

Texas CTD, I left the stock return line alone and the return line for the fuel boss I cut the filler tube hose and added the supplied manifold you get with the kit.On the fass fuel reg. u have 2 in ports plug one and the out is at the bottom this is the line u will be connecting to the return manifold it is really simple to do when u have a buddy that has a lift at his house.I just mounted the fass to the frame.

Well fellas the boss is in action I got it set at 16 idle and 19-19.5 wot.I could crank it up with the fass reg. but i am happy where it's at.

Well fellas I will be installing my fuel boss tomorrow,the only thing different is I will be leaving out the bypass vavle and putting the fass fuel regulator in it's place.If I am thinking right [which isn't very often lol!] I should be able to adjust my fp a little bit there.

Liveoak, no when I bump the starter the lift pump does not come on prime up or run its little cycle I have plugged the truck into my buddys scanner and its not throwing any codes this weekend my fuel gauage line sprung a leak so I replaced it and cracked the injectors 1&3 truck started right up.It fires right up cold or hot everybody keeps saying ecm is bad but I am under the impression if it's bad truck should throw codes and not start.The wait to start light does not come on either.I may take it to dodge and have them scan it just to see what they say I want to figure it out cause I plan on selling it and do not want the next guy to have to worry about it, put new radiator in today and going to put the fuel boss lp on this weekend.THANKS

Mike it is a 1999 auto 4x4 bone stock nothing else except for fp gage.I don't know why it is not showing any codes like I said the truck starts up fine first thing in the mor. or hauling 10,000 pounds down the road in 99 degree weather and stoping and starting the truck right back up.THANKS

My ? is my wait to start light does not come on and my lp does not cycle when I bump the starter,i hooked a code scanner up today and it comes back 0 codes and when I turn the truck off there is a clicking noise coming from my speaker about every three seconds with the key off.
