After completing all of your diagnositics im convinced its my ECM. Whats the best way to go about replacing? Find used? Dealer only?

P0112 P0237 guidence
My notes from testing the map sensor at idle. I have 5.2 volts off the #1 pin/orange wire grounded off to the truck. I have 5.0 volts off the #1 pin/orange wire grounded to #3 pin. I have 4.8 volts off the #1 pin/orange wire grounded to the #2 pin. Does this indicate bad ECM? Is there further testing I can do?

Im using a smarty to check and clear codes. Confused on your article about the p1475 diagnostics. Where do you collect the values in step 1? What is this Freeze frame dtc? Does this have to be done with a live data tool? Does my wire tap have anything to do with this code? I went ahead and replaced both my IAt And MAP sensors and I still have all three codes. Clearly its not the sensors themselves. Im trying to understand and do the diagnostics you shared but im a novice at testing this stuff. Im going to have a buddy of mine verify Im doing these test correctly and report back.

Both Batteries are 3 months old. All cables have been checked and all connections are clean. I will try the diagnostics but I dont have a drb3 live scan tool. My map sensor looks exactly the same as the one pictured on Genos website. Not sure why I would need an adaptor... Thanks for the help

P0237 - low volt P0112 - low volt P01475 - 5v high DTCs popped up a few days ago. Had noticed a very slight surge in light throttle circumstances. Also my truck goes into high idle and its 60-80 degrees out. I unplugged my tst from the map to see if that was the issue. No luck I have gone nuts cleaning all my grounds. Used an old thread on here to help locate them all. Only ground I missed is behind the starter. Plan on pulling starter to rule it out. Ive cleaned map and IAT connections. Going to pull the sensors tonight and clean them. I cant find any pinched or scored wires. I have 5volts at the MAP connection and the IAT connection. Code cant be cleared (using smarty). I dissconected negatives on batts for 2 hours and codes are still present. Should i continue hunting for a bad ground/scored wire? Should I go ahead and buy new sensors? (seems odd for both to go at once) Local dealer wants $306 for new map sensor and they claim I need a harness to go with it.... On Genos websight they sell the 01-02 map and it states the 02 trucks require harness adaptor... "02 trucks require 3104228 MAP Sensor Wiring Harness." Any help would be greatly appreciated. I put this up on cumminsforum with no responces.

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
I would love to but. Local shop is $90 a set. Maybe i could just have the stockers done just to see.

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
If this is true, why would it miss only when coolant temps are up to 180-190? When i first get in and fire it up it idles just as it should....

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
My next idea is im going to pull a set of 7x.009s from my buddys truck and run them in mine and see if theres a change. Im assuming SAC and VCO should idle the same.?.?.?

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
Updatewell Chris at DFI was nice enough to send me a new set of injectors. All flow matced at set at 300 bar. Unfortunatley my truck still has the rough idle. Im still at a loss as to how my stock injectors run fine but these are rough at idle.

I would assume local dodge dealer would be able to test these?.?.?. what about electronics on top of VP?

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
First time around i tightened hold downs, then sent them bak to have them all checked and flow matched. 2nd time i installed i tightened tubes first then hold downs. I just got them back in tuesday so im going to crack lines and see if 1 is worse than rest. - - - Updated - - - The miss is only when truck has been running for 15-20min engine is warm 180-190. It is not a lope, the tach will bounce slightly and truck will even shake as it misses. Can also hear it in exhaust if standing behind truck. When stock injectors are back in all those symptoms are gone.

New injectors, now VP shows weakness...
Hey guys, ill try to keep this short. I got some 7x.009 dfi injectors last month. After installing these, my truck has a rough idle when engine temps are hot. I had these sent to chris at dfi and the injectors are all pop tested and flow at 300 bar. My install was good all new orings and copper washers no scoring on crossover tubes When i had my stock injectors in i had no rough idle at all, no hard starts, and no fuel leaks. Truck has had raptor 150 since ive owned it 19 psi idle 15-16 wide open. No check engine lights since ive owned the truck. But when i bought truck last september it has 8psi idle with factory pumpWhich is now leading me to believe that because im forcing more fuel at idle at the VP its showing a sign that it might be tuckering out???also its a reman vp on the truck now and i have no clue on the miles. I guess my question is are these injectors showing me my VP is shot or i missing some high pressure leak in fuel lines. Sucking air so to speak. At idle with these installed it feels as if i have a line cracked open at head, but if i reinstall stock injectors idle miss goes away...let me know what ya think. And i appreciate any input gary
