  1. I am currently getting 2.45 volts on pin 3, and 11 grounding to pin 5(ground). I also have 60k ohms with batts disconnected. i m still having an interuption in the ccd thats causing to me to loose communication randomly.
  2. I am loosing communication with the modules at random. Transmission looses lockup-overdrive. canbus is over 3 volts positive, and 3volts negative on the the lab scope. Before I REALIZED that ccd was acting as canbus for the network( thanks Mike). I am currently plugging into pins 3, and 11 for ccd voltage.
  3. I am not one to normally post problems, due to i have not found many things that have not already been discussed. I have 2002 ram 2500 auto, 4x4, 24v, sport that has some major things going on with the modules, and can bus signal. I am getting readings from +3.5-4 volts -3.5-4volts. ref should be 5 volts overall limit. The injection pump has been tested standalone( cummins module) we have scoped the obd2 port on canbus+ and can bus-. the ecm has been disconnected to verify a change in signal limits( no change), and we are still having problems with out of limits voltage readings. More info... It had a tst powermax 3 stacked with a ts mvp tuner. The truck has been returned to stock to diagnose. If any of you guys have any input, I would be most thankful for any knowledge in this area. Thanks!
  4. Not to get to far off topic. Mike, what are you using to make your tablet work with the gauge readings/ values?
  5. I hope to bring my timing up, or down. At my current state, the timing is lacking on the top end with my drag comp. It's mainly due to 1.5k resistor retarding the timing. I live at lower altitude, so it would be nice to see how timing, and iat temp come together for a more harmonious outcome.
  6. I'm attempting to simulate cooler temps, thus causing the ecm to increase timing. I have a 1.5k ohm resistor 163* that I believe is to much temp. I just don't like the idea of buying a bunch of resistors and having to keep playing around to find the sweet spot.
  7. I am working on a timing for my 00 24v cummins. The goal is to be able to achieve increased- or retarded timing by varying the temps read by the ecm. I spoke with Mike the otherday, and was just wondering if I am the only guy that has taken this approach?
  8. Sign me up folks! One question, will I be able to borrow a friends smarty( that's already flashed his truck) to enable my high idle?
  9. Its going in a lightly modded 2000 4x4, auto, 3.54 gears
  10. I have two axles that I am considering changing the internals from one to another 1. I have a Dana 70 2u (factory disc) that I picked up the other day, and it is trashed as far the internals go. 2. My good Dana 70 2u (drum) has about 300k on the clock, and its in good shape from the operational standpoint. Is the disc worth building, and having under the truck? It will take quite a bit of steaming all the metal out of the axle to get it to where it will be safe to run the axle long-term. Another thing I have considered is removing the flanges via cutting them off and putting the disc flange on the drum axle( minus the drum flange). I look forward to any input!
