  1. Well fellas it appears the connector was the culprit the whole time! It's working good and I can load tunes without issues!! Thanks for the help everyone and Quad for fixing it all!!
  2. I appreciate it Quad! Look forward to a bad a** unit coming soon!
  3. Nice job! I routed my coax through the rear pillar instead and through the rear flooring. Mounted my Galaxy 66 in the same position but used floor mount fabricated from 1/4" x 2" flat stock shaped to the floorboard and fastened to the floor and right up the side of the radio. Its worked very well through all the rouh terrain i travel with that heavy radio. I had thought about making an attachment point to the seat frame as well but, it didnt need it. Nice clean install sir!
  4. Think i should try to fix the wires and go at it again? I not sure i have those connectors. Wierd how they all 4 are 'broken' so evenly.
  5. It's Nick's Long Idle flash. This is what happened when I was disconnecting the BT module from the harness to ship back this time. It came apart completely, all four wires. Odd. So I will be shipping it back tomorrow. Is there am extension for the BT module wiring where I can run it inside the cab for better connection? Since it's fell apart now would be the time to add 4' of wire, lol.
  6. It's Nick's Long Idle flash.
  7. I had no idea I could include the BT module. Yes I agree, you had no way of knowing I had a V2 flash on the Adr module. Unless, it was hooked to a computer where it shows that info. I have mixed feedback from the flash to V2 I did yesterday. The black box shows it flashed successful but also shows it had issues. Not sure which line of info to believe. I'm going to Costco to buy a brand new tablet specifically for the Iquad and nothing else, today. Maybe having a new and dedicated device will solve some issues. see the conflicting lines 'devcon failed' and 'access denied'
  8. Wow, check engine light now. Quad can't connect to Iquad on the newest device. Old phone connects but can't upload tunes. No build date in data log. Almost like brand new. Sent it in to get flashed and updated, old eyes picked a v1 tune, quad flashed and sent back to me before telling me it was FML!! Can't catch a friggin break or a decent pile of $600 firewood.
  9. Alright, module returned back to me now. Version 1.9, tune 1007. Guess i picked the wrong tune for the v2.0 flash. Now im starting to reflash to current version. Wish me luck!
  10. Yes sir, that's what I'm doing. It will cost me $25 for the service plus shipping. The last amount I will ever spend on that device. Of it was over $50 total,, it would be in the classifieds already.
  11. Ya @Mopar1973Man, @Me78569 and I had some sidebar chat and tried everything. His suggestion was send it in. We both feel something isn't right in the box. It's only been in use maybe 1500 miles, lol but it's never worked correctly. I had bought it long ago and it sat in the package for several months while I tore the whole truck down and rebuilt everything but the short block. It was always in a dry room and never dropped. Not sure what could have caused am issue. Hope I can still drive the truck without it, maybe remove map harness? Anyway, in a month or so I will try again for the last time. I have a P-pump just waiting for an engine. I was going to go that route and decided the Iquad would be wonderful if it worked. I should have stuck with tried and true. Thanks for all the help gents! Hopefully when the box gets returned to me, the chemo hasn't kicked my *** so bad I can still mess with this.
  12. Ok, thought you sent another one besides the original nick tune. Yes it seems to load fine. Sending the box back to Quadzilla.
  13. Where is the revised tune sir? If it is somehow on my app now, it did load.
  14. Yes it does!
  15. iQuad-default copy-2019-01-30-05.17.55-1729414992.json I noticed there were only 6 power levels, strange. Didn't explore further. Got a water leak to fix.
  16. It is normal box. Ya, agreed something is not right but, I'm no electronics whiz and really shouldn't have to be. Appreciate the help though.
  17. This is what it shows under vehicle selection now. That other V2 Dodge 1998-2000, the 'ghost' isn't there anymore. Also thought I'd show the iquad version, 1.9.41. That is the current version, right? I don't get it why neither device works correctly. One should work 100%. There shouldn't be so much difficulty hooking up and running a programmer. Starting to miss my Blue Chip box.
  18. OK, got the module updated and flashed with current version. Tried to load your Tow Twins tune and every parameter of the 43 failed to load. Here's the build date, it shows now. This is my device I use in the truck, or want to use full time. It's my older droid razor Maxx. It works on but it won't even show an imported tune. When it shows the screen to name the file before saving into custom tunes, it doesn't show a file name, then after I enter one and save, there's nothing to see. Maybe I need a newer device but the newer one doesn't upload right either. Who knows.
  19. OK, thanks man, thought it was V2 already. Obviously no. Will update and return with the findings.
  20. Ok, needed batteries and time. Finally got truck operational again. Build date does not come up in the catalog. Still 0 it does register gauges and such just no build date info. I even export file amd nothing but zeros in that column. Where else can I find build date?
  21. Do I need to move the whole box into the cab or just the BT module? If it's just connectivity, BT module right? This is what data log says. I have not had time yet to connect back to the truck.
  22. I will try that.
  23. So I downloaded adr277 and I can't open it. First time for that. And ME78569, I will try connecting to the truck/iquad tomorrow. How do I update the adrenaline box?
  24. So there's an update for the Iquad module itself too? Well something else to mess with now. So my versions on both devices are the latest app store versions. The one with extra vehicle selections is the only one that would take the download tunes. Also, I hadn't connected either to the truck yet. That will be a lengthy process of I'm lucky enough to connect AND use the app. It usually just shows gauges and shutdown if I try to change power levels. So I will try this update to the module and respond. Thanks Moparman.
  25. So I been in a love/hate relationship with my Iquad for a year now. Today I decided to give it one last try. I uninstalled and reinstalled Iquad app on both my Android devices. Downloaded the tunes directly from this site I wanted and added them, and added, and added. The only one I downloaded would not show up in either device. When I went to import the tune for the second and third time's. It popped up the file already exists BUT it would not display under custom tunes! So I got to looking at vehicle selection. That's where I saw the differences between devices, same version number. Different title. See pictures There is also additional Quadzilla test V2 selections in the newer device in addition to the 2 selections for V2 Dodge 1998-2002, v2.7 The older Android has only 1 V2 selection for Dodge 1998-2002 v2.7 So, when I switched vehicle selection from V2 Dodge 98-02 v2.7 to the V2 Dodge 1998-2002 v2.7, the import files showed up!! How the heck would anyone know to switch to the 'other same' vehicle selection?? Why is there 2 for the same vehicle and same version number? Why is it so dam hard to stay connected Bluetooth? I never loose connection to my stereo or my earpiece. I would pay for a longer harness to run the Bluetooth module inside the dash vs engine compartment.
