  1. The pillar is twisted inwards towards the cab and would have to be turned out towards where the tailgate was
  2. I didn’t know that thank you, my worry is trying to straighten the pillar on the driver side by the tail light the pillar is pushed on the inside but no visible crease or dent on the body on the outside. I need to straight this out to get the tailgate to go on somewhat straight just don’t know where to pull from
  3. I’ll have to try that thank you, where do you suggest i put the ratchet I have the tailgate off and bumper off put it to where the tail gate latches up too and pull while hitting it with a sledge and wood?
  4. My only problem is that pillar on the left is bent in and I can’t figure out how to pull it out to get a new tailgate to go on straight

  6. My timing for 2k rpm is 17* on winter tune with 3* timing advance and light load throttle at 30% my boost is between 3-5 psi until hitting grades then it’ll reach about 12 my engine load will be at 16% cruising on pretty flat ground but will hit 26-28 depending on grade if hill
  7. My running about 20* sometimes 21* when I hit cruise and my egts are at about 700
  8. Ok I’ll change it to 30% and see what’s she does. Should I worry about cylinder pressure my timing is about 21.3* when running at 70mph. If I increase the light load limit that higher timing will still be there when pushing about 10-15psi. And is that timing to high for winter in Wisconsin rn we averaging 30* and my iat doesn’t go above 70 when I drive on the high for 40 min coming back from school
  9. 22% cruise and load is typically around 15/17 at about 70mph I drive where it’s very hilly

  13. I will give a data log on Friday. As for lift 4in, tires are 35s and gearing is 3.55
  14. I’ve been getting about 13mpg on highway with speed steady at 70mph. I’ve been seeing/ hearing people talk about getting 20mpg and wondering if I can achieve that here is the tune I’m cut using Tune Tune Rpm timing Fuel Fuel
  15. So how would I tune the hr vp44 and these dirty injectors with the bd super b turbo I can’t find a decent tune that works until I get some daps
  16. Yeah I wish the dude I bought it from would’ve never put them in but oh well I’ll have to buy some daps and does the hot rod vp44 matter a whole lot when tuning with the quad?
  17. Ok so just order some dap injectors 150hp and that should help with the egt/smoke issue ?
  18. I just bought a quadzilla and have a hard time controlling the smoke the turbo is a bd super b single with Schwitzer compressor housing on the highway at 65-70mph the egts are about 800 and you can see a fine layer of smoke out of the exhaust
