1800 to 2200 miss hesitate or shudder
my truck hesitates or shudders from 1800 to 2200. FP 20 idle 13 wot. is seams to only do it if the edge is above lv 0. if you let off to idle it idles ruff almost like a lope if you rev it up it gos away. its diving me nuts need help!

i am trying to decide which turbo to go with. A phatshaft 62/12 is what industrial injection recommended. I tow and i want to keep my egts down. What experiences have you had with egts and a phatshaft?? i once hit 1550 PL6 the day i got hot unlock i need to get them down so i can run my truck WOT

how much fluid leaked out of yours? im only geting fluid out of the second hole on the pto cover theres not much in there

yes it looks like it is coming out of the shift tower

i swaped out my clutch in the shop most of the fluid leaked out. it looks like it all came out of the shifter mounting flang. why would some much come out of the top or should i look for another leak.

When it gets cold my fuel tank is pressurizing. u can here it hiss out of the rollover valve and when u take the cap off u get a wosh of air. it only does it when its cold whats going on?

Hard Start?
my fuel psi is 21 at idle and 15 wot, no coads, i played around with the fuel system pulled it apart, pulled the drain valve out it was sticking the hard start went away for a day, i washed under the hood to get rid of the diesel and it came back.

today after work i checked out the fuel system checked out and took out some bango bolts checked them out . re torked the fuel filter to 25 foot pounds it looked good after all that it seamed to be good. drove it and went inside and had dinner came right out hard start!! seams to have got worse. --- Update to the previous post... i used to have a pressure build up in the fuel tank though it might be o rings but idk i went away only happens in the winter almost like compression in the tank i was told to check the o rings last ??????

my gauge is on the way from jegs no no dtc on the ecm or pcm so i guess i will find oout when i get the fuel psi

Hard Start?
my hard start is kindof spiratic. Im worried I have a cracked diaphragm in my vp44 is there any way to tell? But, it also wont start hard down hill. I cant find an air leak in my return fuel line. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

cmp/cam sensor reads 0 at any rpm truck runs good replace?
tach work, volts only move when intake heater is running, i had a dead pedal and a hard start i just replaced my TPS i think it do rid of my hard start dose that sound right? im not gonna worry about the cmp

ill see if i cant hook it up to a buddys truck. the only time i had the dash apart is to change the deck --- Update to the previous post... should it thro a coad if it was bad?

my cam sensor read 0 all time on my snap on scaner should i replace it. its 38 bucks truck runs great 01 cummins HO 6 speed
