  1. Hi just wondering if I can pull off the stock exhaust if I am running a Bully Dog GT+ tuner. Nowhere in the install did it ask if emissions equipment was already removed like it did on my H and S. Also is there any positive or negative reviews on the tuner? Brad
  2. I am running an XDP dump and I love it! I never worry now bout runnin it under an 1/8th tank and if I do run it rite out it isn't hard to prime my lift pump which is just 16 inches ahead of the sump.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Since my last oil change when I put in 0-40 synthetic oil I've noticed increased blow by up to where there is a fair size of a spot on the floor. Is this an indication of an overhaul in the near future or is it not a big worry short term?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I bot a Raptor this spring and it lasted about 3 months. I replaced it with the same thing and its worked now for about 4 months altho I hafta adjust the pressure every now n than. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have a problem that ain't really a problem but I can't spool my turbo up for a good launch in 1st gear. It seems the engine just defuels or somethin and I just get about 9lbs of boost max. Smokes like crazy tho so I know it's getting fuel!! Any1 familiar with this??
  7. Well it looks like I'll keep the tranny I got. Probly get it built with BD and ATS parts. I already put in a good TC a while ago and so I'm already invested in it. I think I'll probly get BD's lock-up controller when i do it to at least get me the solid feel to each gear i want and better downshifting. I ges we'll see what all my builder recommends:spend::broke:
  8. Any1 using Suncoast parts? i see a lot about ATS and Goerend and Garmon but not much Suncoast stuff. I thot they where pretty good to!?
  9. almost sounds like your starter might be dragging or on its way out. when i ran heavy equipment we had that happen often enough and it wasnt usually long n they shorted out inside and were done
  10. are you sayin Rogan that i only got a 50-50 chance of liking the 5 or 6 speed? i'm sorta leanin toward just gettin my auto built to a stage 4 or something similar just short of a race tranny. since this thing makes my living it needs to be reliable:pray:. not sure whats right now:shrug:
  11. Ya I'm pullin around a 30' gooseneck with a 10 000lb skidsteer on it. So the combo wood be about 16000 lbs. with the mods I've done to the engine it really seems up to the job but I've been tossing ideas around bout transmissions. Either a built auto or a 5 or 6 speed manual. Is there mods that wood need to be done on a standard as well to stand up to 500 horses?
  12. Just wondering if there is any1 on here that has swapped in a 5 or 6 speed manual instead of a 47re? is it possible and wood it be worth it?

My tranny was workin fine since I put in my new TC but this afternoon as i pulled out to go around a truck on the road doin bout 20 mile/hr it decided to stay in 3rd gear lockup and just about stalled the truck! From there it went downhill to the point now where i only got 1st gear and my edge pulls up no codes and niether does the key trick! i quick went to town and got a tranny output speed sensor but that didnt change anything. whats the next thing i should try?

  15. I was wonderin if there was any1 out there who knew a trick for switchin off the automatic door locks. I get so of drivin across the yard n if u hit 10 mile an hour your doors are locked and I'm usually at the passenger door by the time i remember it:banghead:. Mayb its something the dealer has to delete, i just thot they did sumthin with the door lock switch.
