I found the correct wire (orange/white) and connected it to a momentary switch on the dash and then the other side of the switch to ground. It works great! Just wanted to share the progress

I’m trying to figure out the OD cancel switch on my swap. Currently the truck runs great. Pulls my camper great on flat ground and small hills but steeper/longer hills I need the option to take it out of O/D to maintain a decent speed and keep EGT down. I’m sure it’s been done before but I’ve tried looking and can’t find any good instructions on how to wire the O/D cancel switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’ll need to get bigger injectors to run that tune correct? Probably studs also?

And you are running 75hp injectors? I’ve currently got RV275 injectors. This whole setup is in a 2000 ford excursion. I’m running a 3rd gen exhaust manifold and turbo. I’d like to have the best fuel economy I can while also having power.

No I don’t stack them. I had a smarty prior to the quadzilla. I have removed the smarty and now only run the quadzilla. I like that I can monitor as well as switch on the fly.

Thank you for the reply. I was having issues when running a smarty SO3 where The temp sensor I have in the back of the head for my gauge was reading real hot. I think this was a EGT issue causing that sensor to see way higher temps. After installing the quadzilla and setting it to defuel for EGT It is not spiking that gauge. I was just wanting to monitor that gauge along with the quad gauge to make sure it was good to go. thank you!

Is there something I can do to get this temperature gauge to read over 204*? Once it reaches 204* it then drops to -40 until it gets back down to 203*

Hello and thank you for creating this forum. I have been a lurker for a long time and have finally finished my project and need some tuning help on the quadzilla.

I have just installed my quadzilla in my 2000 excursion with a 2002 24v Cummins. I have rv275 injectors and a he351 turbo 47re transmission. What tune would be a good “start” to keep egt under 1200 or so while towing a 7500lb trailer?
